Sie gilt als eine der Top-Ten-Wracks weltweit aufgeführt. Die 172 Meter schwedischen Roll-on, roll-off-Fähre sank auf seiner Jungfernfahrt von Syrien im Jahr 1980, nachdem Probleme mit dem Computer gesteuert Ballast. Sie ist voll beladen mit 108 Volvo-Lastwagen und Anhänger liegen im Takt auf dem Lkw-Deck. Der Katamaran, dass Moore direkt über das Wrack Segel zwei bis drei Mal pro Woche, das Wetter zulässt. What we do best - Cyprus Villa Rental

We want to share our progress with you and so we thought we'd relay our blog to date. My Property Cyprus was established a number of years ago (2003 to be precise) and until recently our business revolved around supplying properties (sales) to those wishing to purchase them. I recently saw on BBC News that Google was providing street level virtual tours of London (click here to see sample). My face lit up, not because I found it amazing but we were providing the same technology on our website! Wow, had we beaten google in their technology was my first thought? Obviously not, they had the financial backing to do just this. On the other hand we had implemented this feature on our website that provided a far superior interface than anything available with any Villa Rental Company in Cyprus. So we must be on the right track don't you think?

OK we must admit that our virtual tours are not as superior to those of Google but we are providing this service at a very nominal cost. Starting up
As anyone who runs their own business would know, its never easy to start one up. Actually its easier for those on the other side of the fence to criticise, and yes, we did get our fair share of criticisms when our website was first launched. The most common was that we were no where in google listing.

Fair comment I would say, however we did not have much choice when we embarked on the Cyprus Villa rental program. We made a conscious decision/choice to keep the same website name. At the end of 2007, My Property Cyprus ownership changed hands and one of the ex-owners setup his own rentals Company. This unfortunately has put us in a very awkward position with clients who thought that we were connected. To make this absolutely clear we do not have any business dealings with this rental Company.

My Property Cyprus did not offer a full villa rental service when the split occurred because we did not believe we had the right infrastructure in place to offer this facility. It would not be fair on the landlord would it now? If you ask now, the answer is a plain and simple, Yes because of what I have already discussed earlier.

Going back to my point that we kept the same website name, was disadvantageous with what we were trying to achieve, and the time frame we had to get us back on track. We received our fair share of critiques saying it would take a long time to get on google listing. Well I can safely say that we have proved the critiques wrong again, and we are now in the top 20 pages of Google. We are now on page 5 of Google when you search for Ayia Napa Villa, page 14 for Cyprus Villa and we are working extremely hard to ensure we are on page 1. All this in a matter of one and a half month is a remarkable feat to achieve, but we did again!
