Villa Alia is an elegant 3-bedroom detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac, in a unique location on the coast of Protaras, within walking distance from the nearest sandy beaches.

The villa enjoys a stunning, uninterrupted view of the sea (which is right across the villa), and is close to Nausica resort, famous for its crystal clear waters.

Alia is a very comfortable holiday villa, which spreads over 150 square meters and is surrounded by a lovely Mediterranean style garden, with hibiscus plants, fragrant jasmines, bougainvilleas and olive trees.

This beautiful villa is equipped with simple yet elegant and modern, high quality furniture and all the necessary electrical appliances (dishwasher, washing machine, cooker and oven, a large refrigerator and an AC unit in every room).

With two double rooms on the first floor and one twin on the ground floor, the villa comfortably sleeps 6 people.

The living room, the kitchen, and dinning room on the ground floor unfold in an open plan, which extends to the outdoor area, where a natural timber deck surrounds the large swimming pool.

Villa Alia is in the heart of Protaras and yet far from the crowd and noise because of its ideal location. And while it enjoys peace and quiet throughout the day and safety during the night the villa is within walking distance from restaurants and tavernas, pubs, supermarkets, shops and pharmacies.
